How To Return Your Order

Our returns process is simple and straightforward.

For assistance, please contact us at contact@staggerstore.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, item, and details of your return or exchange.

Please note, for international returns, duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.

To ensure your return is properly tracked, please keep your tracking number and all relevant information. Stagger is not liable for any packages lost in transit.

Faulty Products

For faulty items, please reach out to contact@staggerstore.com. To help us process your warranty claim, kindly provide images of the issue along with a brief description. Our customer care team will review and process your claim within 7 business days.

Store Credit

Store credit is provided as a Gift Card, which can be used for future purchases and is valid for 3 years from the issue date. Please note, store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Additionally, store credit does not cover any previous shipping fees.

Repairs & Warranties

If your purchase was made within the last 12 months and the issue is due to a manufacturing fault, you can return the item for recycling, and we’ll send you a replacement, you'll just need to pay for shipping costs.

If the product is still under warranty but the issue isn’t a manufacturing fault, you can send it back for recycling, and we’ll offer you a $40 store credit. Please note, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
