What Are The Fees Involved In Rejecting Or Return To Sender Parcels?

For all parcels that are rejected or returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for covering the full costs charged by both customs and DHL.

The minimum charge for these instances can vary, starting from $75.00 depending on the country where the parcel has been denied.

How Much Time Do I Have To Return An Item?

You have 14 days after the date of purchase to make a return.

Do You Offer Refunds For Orders Placed With Afterpay?

Orders placed with Afterpay are not eligible for a refund. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit.

What Is Your Made To Order Return Policy?

These orders are made to order, designed and crafted specifically for you. Please note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind, so we recommend carefully considering your purchase before ordering.

I Received An Incorrect Order

Will I be charged Duties & Taxes?

International orders may incur duties and taxes based on the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

To avoid unexpected fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office for the current charges before placing your order.

These fees will also be calculated during checkout, where you can choose to prepay them for smoother and faster customs clearance.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and store credit cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
